Dr. Samiollah Gholam is a highly accomplished physician with specialized training in endocrinology, geriatric medicine, and internal medicine. Known for his compassionate care and dedication to clinical excellence, Dr.Gholam brings a wealth of experience to the management of complex endocrine and metabolic conditions, as well as chronic disease management in older adults.

Dr. Gholam completed his fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at The Robert Larner, M.D., College of Medicine at The University of Vermont. He previously completed a Geriatric Medicine Fellowship at the University of Southern California (LAC+USC) and his Internal Medicine Residency at UCLA Kern Medical. His academic foundation includes a Doctor of Medicine with High Honors from Ross University School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from University Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

He has served as an attending physician in various acute and internal medicine settings across Canada and the U.S., including Providence Health (St. Paul’s Hospital), Vancouver Coastal Health (Richmond Hospital), and PeaceHealth Medical Group. Dr.Gholam also holds clinical instructor appointments at both the University of Vermont and the University of British Columbia.

Dr. Gholam has been an active contributor to academic research and clinical education, presenting at national and international conferences including the ISCD and The Pituitary Society. His research and abstracts has been published in several respected journals, covering a range of topics from metabolic bone disease to pancreatic cancer outcomes.
